REFUND POLICY

Any refund request needs to be sent to the committee by email. The sent date of the email will be the official date for refund.

Cancellation before training camp:

  • Administrative fees of 15$ will be kept by the association.

Cancellation before the first official game of the season :

  • Administrative fees of 25$ will be kept by the association.

​Cancellation after the beginning of the season

NO REFUND AFTER THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON

A refund would only be considered for the following reasons (after approval by the committee) :

  • Player sustained an injury preventing her from playing the rest of the season. (medical proof necessary)
  • Any other major medical reason (medical proof necessary);
  • The refund will be issued by pro rata of the development of the season.

Refund:

The refund will be issued by cheque to the parent who paid the season.
